|2017 Club 60th AGM Report|
A fine turnout on 27th Nov in the Community Centre heard our Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer report on a Unique year that brought Munster and All Ireland success to our proud Club. A huge fundraising effort with our Strictly Whitechurch night saw the local community flock to the Raddisson Hotel and enjoy the fruits of the work of our Dancers who represented all aspects of the Parish... from GAA,Tennis, Rugby, Macra, Foroige, National School, Rockban, Community Assoc., Drama, Business and more. The completion of our Main Pitch fencing along with many other items such as Team Reports, Garda Vetting, Coaching, Election of Officers, Treasurers Reports were all covered on the night and a full copy of proceedings can be found on our website. Many thanks were offered to those who have moved on from their roles after years of service such as Tom Carr (Treasurer/Xmas Draw/Co Board Draw/Puc Fada ) and Darren Hennessy(Pro/Night of the stars) and welcomes to others who are giving of their time... Tim Buckley(Juv Sec) as well as those who have moved roles wihin the club. It is hoped to have a new push to get our club activities out to the public via website and social Media and your views are as always welcome on Facebook, Twitter, email, text and increased signage and quarterly newsletters. Please bear with us as this comes about. Mile Buiochas . Teampall Geal Abú.
